Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by L'Antoine (Mathieu Lantoine) to clients, whether for website creation, web application development, or related services.
Services
L'Antoine provides custom web development services including but not limited to: showcase websites, e-commerce platforms, business applications, APIs, and technical integrations. Each project is governed by a specific written quote or agreement.
Quotes and pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge, without commitment. A quote is valid for 30 days from issue. Work begins only after written acceptance of the quote and receipt of the agreed deposit.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard payment schedule is:
- 40% deposit upon project commencement
- 60% balance upon final delivery
Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue. Late payments may incur penalties in accordance with applicable French law.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client acquires full ownership of the delivered work (design, code, and content specifically created for the project). L'Antoine retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Client obligations
The client undertakes to provide all necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
Liability
L'Antoine's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service. We cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France.
